Its natural when you still love your ex(mutual breakup).I and my ex have to cut any form of connections totally, because any time we come across each other,the feelings resurfaces again and I feel bad when we bid farewell to each other on all occasions

The better and earlier you tell yourself these truths:
1. Concentrate and make your present relationship better.
2. No relationship is ever broken by mistake(s).
3. Forget that anything ever happened between you two, no matter how hard this may seem.
4. Next time you see him, just wave and don't even try to have a long talk with him. You will end up hurting yourself again because you're obviously emotionally attached.
5. Lastly, in your meditation, wish/pray it away.
If it happens that you two come back together, make sure you become "wiser". If he's now married, don't ever try to hug, talk with, or call him on the phone.
Heal yourself!
