OK, that it might be silly to you does not make it silly.

An artist ranting on Twitter using his personal handle is not a new thing. But when a worldwide organization uses its elevated position to 'banter' with an artist it's not very respectful. I call it stooping low and MTV Base should have been neutral not making jokes. Yeah, it was funny but underlying elements show our artist is being dissed. Take it or leave it. Artists need to be encouraged and if Burna Boy seemed disgruntled, they should simply have ignored his comments. Now their response is making it blow out of proportion.

God bless MTV base for me.Burna boy to me is one whack musician with an undefined genre.Nobody knows the brand of music he plays, so MTV base found it difficult to place him, he would have been an odds on favourite nominee if there was a category such as AMBIGUOUS MUSIC category.To think this same fake guy is so full of himself to the extent he goes on to criticise other up and coming artiste who are way better than him makes me wanna just lock him up and throw away the keys.

you are still not getting me...there is difference between the world category and top 200 albums...world music category are songs behind the world mainstream music...ascension only made it in the world music category not top 200 album which is the real deal.the likes of WALE and CHAMILLIONAIRE made it to no 1 on top 200 albums,but they aint nigerian grown artiste.

Bottom line...
Don't mistake top 200 albums for world music chart..they are way different.not that am not positive abt my country ooooo..am just stating the fact.....WINKS again.
