I got scheduled for an interview with promasidor this thursday for a Quality Control position. Please house, how does their remuneration looks like as I will traveling all the way from port harcourt. Thanks in advance |

dhardline: Thanks, but I am also coming from a bigger multinational company who is a leader in its industry. So I have to weigh my options and not just jump onto their offer. |

@ OP, I would say u give it a try. Promasidor is a great place and I'm sure their pay would be standard. I'm very sure the position you're going in for is an experienced hire and u can also leverage on your present position to negotiate a great pay for yourself. 1 Like |

Well, speaking from experience. If you are coming from a multinational to another, then you should be able to bargain your pay at the interview especially if you are already have 2 years and above working experience. you should be able to bargain to earn times or or times three of your present pay package Wish you the best |

Dear Friends, Please find below an Internship Job description for an Administrative Assistant position for an organization in Lagos. We'll need interested candidates to contact us as soon as possible as the vacancy is an urgent one. Internship Job Description: - Research and post opportunities – jobs, scholarships, internship, training, admissions, etc. and update other information on organization’s career portal. - Update at least 5 relevant and timely posts daily on opportunities – zero errors in grammar, spelling and formatting. - Make sure there is no out-dated information on the portal with respect to opportunities - Schedule and create at least 5 updates weekly for 2 content types on the portal besides employers, training providers and professional bodies to be profiled in the newsletter. - Plan and schedule articles and materials for organization’s bi-monthly newsletter. - Create and maintain a 3 month rolling plan for the newsletters. - Identify and confirm articles and materials for 2 successive newsletters at all times. - Ensure appropriate and credible content under employers, training providers and professional bodies profiled in the newsletter – a minimum of 10 in each area. - Create and publish organization’s newsletters on Mailchimp or designated newsletter platform. - Zero errors in final published material – grammar, spelling, formatting, links etc. - Final draft of the newsletter should be ready by Friday 4pm preceding the Monday of publication. - Newsletters should be published no later than 2pm on the Monday of publication. - Compile, update and grow email lists for organization’s email campaigns and newsletters. - Make sure there is less than 1% bounce rate on Mailchimp. - All new organization’s contacts to be added to the mailing list within 1 week. - Obtain and add 100 new emails per week from school year books and events attended. There are different offices/positions in Quality control department at promasidor. it ranges from about N100k to 250k..... |

I work with a multinational company in the Brewing industry. Went for an interview with SABMillers in porthacourt. Was later offered the job and asked that I come for my appointment letter. I traveled all the way to pH again hoping I've been given the job based on our agreement, onlyfor me to get there and found RUBBISH on the letter. Told the HR lady that this was cap and had nothing to do with my discussionwith the management. So op, irrespective of the interview, biko, when given the job (cos I know you'll be given insha Allah), ask them to send a soft copy of your appointment letter to you so you don't waste your time going there and getting disappointed. And as for the company, I gat 2 classmates working there at themoment and it's a very lovely place to work (good pay, I mean )2 Likes |

yeldey: Fine you could be offer between 120k to 180k.. depending on your number of years of experience.. Outside the salary it is a good place to work but take home is not fantastic |
