When you see young ones who have not worked or still in school now teaching a chief editor English and how he should write baffles me.
That PMB gets better with age like an old wine is not anything out of place.
It just goes to show how much knowledge they have of the English language.
It is this same attitude of unseriousness from the young ones that have made the old ones hold on to power knowing fully well how they will jeopardize the nation.
People who can not write a sentence with words spelt correctly have become professors of English on social media.
Nigeria youth must wake up and start taking issues of importance with seriousness.
If you have got nothing rational to contribute, move to the next topic.

Didn't he know his age before he ran for the office?. Oh!, I forgot he've been lying about his age.

Pleople who know Buhari very well in Daura, said his real age is in the range of 83 to 84 years.

Lest we forget: Jagaband T. boasted during the last presidential campaign in Lagos that he begged Buhari to run for presidency this time.

After the 2011 elections, Buhari recognized his age limitations and publicly announced that he was finally quitting the quest to preside over Nigeria.

Buhari's critics need to down tools.

All these while, we have heard Buhari talk through his SSA Shehu Garba. The times Buhari decided to talk on his own, we heard President Michelle of West Germany and now he is too old to do everything and this is less than a month to his 4-years term. He has not had any Media Chat yet( the place GEJ said America will know people still use to mock him). Will Adeshina and Shehu be talking for Buhari all the time to avoid errors and misinterpretation!?
You mean for next four years, Nigeria has to make do with a president whose intention has to be communicated to the public by his spokesman?
Hard times ahead for Naija.

Hello sir, I do not understand your submission. Nobody is talking about english language usage or mastery here. How on earth do you draW a comparison between age and wine-a liquid totally judged and classed by its taste. Are you also saying that a 100-yr old man is better/tastier than a say 40-yr old man even if it the case were to be true for wine??

The decision to run was his not that of Tinubu. Why should he accept to run knowing very well that he cannot perform optimally?

Correct, they are specialist in speaking for others since they are sophisticated enough to know what to say.

But that cannot be said to be the case of people from the "Shit East" who cannot even converse between themselves without an Onyebeeke Oyinbo, calling the Cops to come and see "Two Animals fighting"! shocked shocked shocked

When you evolutionary process reaches that stage, the Owambe people might consider you for that post as well, though l highly doubt that you can ever get there since "You cant give what you dont have, ab initio". undecided wink

THE CHANGE IS HERE!. NOW NIGERIANS HAVE VOTED FOR CHANGE!!..I SAID IT HERE AND IN MANY OTHER SOCIAL
MEDIA THAT THE WORD ''CHANGE'' HAS SO MANY MEANINGS ATTACHED TO IT. WE HAVE CHANGED FROM ARTICULATE,SOUND,YOUNG, AND EDUCATED PRESIDENT TO ILLITERATE, OLD AND DEMENTIA PRESIDENT IN THIS 21ST CENTURY. HA HA HA. HA. THE BABA HIMSELF HAS TACTICALLY TOLD NIGERIANS THAT HE CAN'T PERFORM BECAUSE OF OLD AGE. WHEN A GUY STRUGGLES WITH HIS NEW DATE AT THE FIRST NIGHT TOGETHER AND THE GIRL SAYS OFF THE LIGHT,IT MEANS SHE HAS ACCEPTED. HA HA HA!!. BABA HAS SIMPLY ACCEPTED THAT HE IS TOO OLD TO RULE NIGERIA. THE CHANGE IS REALLY HERE.

Why didn't you read the original post before commenting?

It's not directly about PMB but about his media aid (spokesperson) who said the president is not an old man but an old wine.

Always read before commenting,

But it is the same youth who voted massively to get him into power. Will you say they acted in ignorance then, perhaps acting under the influence of a new wine called 'hype' (in this season of beverages).

Don't worry, they will mature all round, improve their english but also take their social studies, government and history lessons more seriously so that come 2019 or whatever, when a certain Kwankwaso, Fashola, Atiku, Saraki, Rochas vies for office, they will believe less the hype and look more for the substance because they are better educated.

The greater the challenges, the steeper the learning curve and the faster the development. No one is to blame. We are all improving. Hopefully in decades to come we will not have to contend with an 'inexperienced' GEJ or an 'aged' GMB.
