the committee has handed the exercise over to the board and they will review the list of those appointed by the COMMITTEE before releasing the APL. The successful candidates will for SURE get APL but not all. Some pple among dem did not meet the requirement but was appointed becos ABJ connection.

i dnt knw what you are saying, perhaps you did not understand what i wrote. The general position as i said is that BOARD will review the list before releasing APL to the successful candidate as some who did not hv the basic requirement will be rooted out. I dont know how long it will take them to review the list, but its in progress. Dont abuse me, am telling you the truth but if you disagree prove me wrong. One thing u must know is that some people are privileged and have better info because of people they have inside. Certainly, there will be replacement but the original recruitment must be concluded first. Mind you,its still the same Board reviewing the exercise that will still carry out the replacement. They cant leave the original exercise and start replacement process because those appointment by the COMMITTEE have not been given APL. Its one after the other

You make sense, replacement list is intact, and board is fully aware of it since 2013. Thats d reason why compass 8 have not been given any letter. But it'll be painful to ask to guys to go home o,but they don't have choice, becos I looked at d whole issue of why they haven't given them APL, if truly they have employed them. I pray God help them resolve d issue o.

i like the way u put this write up, yes its board that recruits graduate ... in the prisons service as at yesterday, the people they replaced over a moth ago has just been documented, back door sote that the people from the Hqt and bored worked from 8pm till 1am like they have something to cover, anyways u just have to keep believing, we hope justic would b done.. and not delayed... if the board do not produce APL then compass08 cant get, anythng below is done by the department, that is compass 03-07,

Hello house! This is actually my first time here though I've been following this thread for some time now.@lanzo, what u said is also what my source told me. Considering that some people(names withheld) tried to hijack the whole process when their duty's just 2 assist. Let's just keep our hopes up cos a lot of people'll be disappointed when the list finally gets out.

Why wouldn't they give the Compass 08 their APL and were they told APLs are compulsory since their induction is still ongoing...Your connect that got you the job should be able to solve your issues na,why panick?God dey. May God help those affected though

Any info on NIS replacement

Got info from a Brother who works with NIS Cross River state Command, that some persons reported to the command & were asked to go to Abuja for their Transfer letters (this is usually the procedure with replacement). This persons are not part of the shortlisted candidates currently undergoing induction @ the various state commands.
So indeed, the replacement exercise is ongoing & for you to be considered, you must have an OGA @ THE TOP.

I think this information might be somehow true ( I av told myself not to believe anything until I receive my APL) cos my contact Inside NIS said almost the same thing that the APL of the Conpass 08 and Some replacement list (which have been group into 3 batches to resume on the 29 of June, 13 & 27 of July) will be transfer to their State command by the end of the month.

The real thing is that if you have anybody doing the runs for you then be hopeful but if u no get anybody inside, omo na prayer and goodluck remain o.

Plz if u have a contrary info kindly share it here so that we can connect the dot together. Me still keeping My hope but not too high anyway.

Very true o my brother. The replacement dey go on under-G. Some peeps wey no sabi how things dey go will never believe. I am talking from xperience, it is just the matter of who know who.
