And people still says the election was not free and fair, hmmm howard webb talk say na penalty who be that coach wey go talk otherwise?, talk more of a player...... I wonder where Amechi threw his power as the governor then that made him to allow all the rigging and killing as they are claiming....... If someone(a pplitician) want to kill a person from your state with thugs just because of office while not use your power as the governor you were then to defend and protect your people just as you swore? .......... APC and complains

We're you born yesterday? We all knew he had no control over the state, Patience Jonathan was manipulating the whole process with federal might from Aso Rock with blessings from her dumb husband. Please be informed.

doctokwus:

Let me educate you.
The turnout for actual voting itself was poor, forget all the hullabaloo of massive turnout, u know Nigerians like cooking up things particularly figures based on their perception not on facts.
Average turnout in both presidential and governorship was 40%,which is poor. The oddities where in Rivers (70%);Akwa Ibom (64%),Delta(66%) and Bayelsa 62% or so.
Kano that u people shout all over had 45%.
Lagos had about 28% for presidential and 32-35% for governorship, so Ambode was right to have said there was a low, even very low turnout.
What wasn't free and fair were the cooked up figures in Rivers, Delta and Akwa Ibom and those elections shouldn't stand if the tribunals do the right thing.

...and you were there in all these states, right?
APC lost fair and square in Rivers and all the states in the SS... understandably so too.
What about the massive underage voting in the North? And the humongous numbers reeled out as result?
APC are just trying their best to discredit INEC in all the states they lost elections, even when it's very obvious they will still lose even if the elections are repeatedly held by the UN.

If there were no rigging in the west and the north where APC won according to INEC and the APC,why should they believe there were rigging in Rivers where APC did not win? APC is full of hypocracy. There were serious rigging that went unnoticed in the north especially, and no one was crying foul when APC was decleared winner in almost all the states in the north. These people should keep quiet and advise the president to stop gallivanting around the world, and face the business on ground squarely.

I believe we had almost 90 percent turn out in the north with all the BH violence and some states in d north with not even one invalid vote(with all the illiteracy there). I hardly comment on posts here but I just had to speak up

That statement from Jega if true is one of the most disgraceful statements since May 29.That a man of Jega's status does not know that he is not supposed to even comment on a matter that is now the subject of litigation is very very shocking!
Besides for him to indirectly claim the election that produced 70% voter turn out in the most violence prone state in Nigeria where others had average of 45%,as being credible, makes this statement by jega unbelievable.

jega should not blow his own trumpet o otherwise the devil will pay him a visit in a form he never envisaged... he is a humble person and should continue to remain humble.
As for the visit from devil, it could be in form of public humiliation, embarrassment or public disgrace. if in doubt, he should ask king Nebuchadnezzar.

Thank you APC! We all know that the election that brought Buhari to power was "modest" and flawed. However, His Excellency, Dr Goodluck Jonathan, a man of peace whose ambition isn't worth the blood of any Nigerian decided to let go. As for Rivers stae, PDP won Rivers squarely...Go to court if unsatisfied
But wike's ambition was worth blood?
