You can hardly think you are gaining anything from a distance relationship especially the man.

What keeps you is the hope that something better will happen in the long run and all your wait will not be a waste.

This lady in question probably is looking into the future with this guy. Like marriage. She may have indulged in pre-marital sex and then the guys may have absconded from the relationship.

Now I think she really wants this one to work and so she doesn't want to give in to sex just easily so it won't be like the past experiences.

Using her pastor to put this story may be a cover up but it's the message that's important.

Now it's not really easy.

For now it doesn't seem like the guy is gaining anything but if he can exercise a little patience he would gain more. If their love is true.

But nobody should be forced or coerced into doing what they don't want do emotionally.

So if he feels like he's not contented with the situation on ground he can quietly part ways.

Oh you see. She'll bow out. What a self-centred dimwitted lady who thinks she can only have it her way and a relationship is all about her and her needs. The guy can keep spending his money and seeing to her needs. Whereas, her objective is to be on the receiving end and that's it.

If she can't put up with the relationship when the guy can't spend on her or part ways with his money, she can as well buzz off. Relationship isn't all about sex just like it isn't all about money. It irks me when people feel they're smart. Is she the only one who have a pastor

These guys connected online sometime last year and fell inlove. They have been professing love for each other both in words in action since then.

They met offline months ago and I think they really connected well because things have been flowing accordingly since their first date.

The guy is doing business here (ABJ) and the girl is working in Lagos. Problem started three days ago when the guy called her to know when they will meet again. They chatted about different things and she told him at a point that she doesn't want sex in the relationship.

According her, a pastor linked the cause of some the setbacks she's having in life to premarital sex.

This new development didn't go down well with my guy so he came to me for advice.

I told him that I cannot keep a sexless distance relationship, reason being that if I cannot have sex with my gf then I will atleast have her around me for other things.

I also warned him not to allow her to brainwash him with the old manipulative technique of, "If you really love me you would do it".

But I still want to know what you guys think of such relationship.

What Does A Guy In This Relationship Stand To Gain?
