I suspect you used it too long. Use sebamed clear face cleansing bar along with it's clear face moisturizer only. No wipes, no Eva on face.

It will come back. Just deep condition every two weeks or monthly if you can't. U can decide to add coconut oil to your deep conditioner for more effect. Avoid hot thongs n dryers as much as you can.

I spent 3 weeks in camp and I've gone black. I want my original chocolate colour. I also need a solution to my oily face and dry skin and protection from the sun. I was reading about shea butter and black soap and I would prefer more natural products. I'm using jergens and eva soap for now. Please, what's your recommendation?

Use apple cider vinegar rinse ie add 1:5 ACV to water, use it as a rinse after washing ur hair.
Buy a mild moisturizer add virgin coconut and olive oil in it ie one part oil, one part moisturizer lotion.
Can you count the pimples on your face? Are they like boils or has white things inside or just looks like rashes?

Each time I stop the funbact the rashes come up again leaving with no choice than using the funbact. My question is, is there anything I can use to stop the continuo use of the funbact and put an end to the rash......

Maybe you have sensitive skin on your legs. Try using it twice a week only on legs n as usual on the rest of your body.please switch from Idole soap to like Dove or Okay

If you can, stop bathing with soap, cetaphil and sebamed soapless cleanser should do. Moisturize when damp or wet first with a lotion then with a cream. Apply thinly n massage in. No alcohol cleanser too.

U can't just stop though, you have to withdraw. Start using it twice a week for 3 weeks, then once a week for a month then twice a month for two months then, stop. When your skin normalize, go back to the usual moisturizer. Use normal moisturizer n dusting powder on top during off days.

Use skineal daily for two weeks then trice a week for another one week n stop. Don't use any polish in this period.

Your pimples seems like a reaction to some products.

Its call a fungal infection, its at its first stage. The worst part of it is that its not caused by bacteria like people do say, I'm an information professional. Its origin is from plants. You need oral antibiotics and a cream too. Nizoral antifungal cream is good but if you can't find it you buy canexcream. For now you don't need the Nizoral tablet and bicham. Use the cream for 4weeks and get back to us.

Numbers differ with brands. I suggest you use a liquid one. Buy one darker than ur color n one lighter so you can mix to suit your color each time

I am a big fan of naturals. I think shea butter and black soap is great for chocolate skin. If you also want natural sun protection, carrot seed oil has an spf of about 30. In other words, whip your shea butter with little coconut n carrot oil.

Everybody has pimples, somehow. I have pimples but I learned to manage it to the barest minimum. If you have a pimple -prone skin what can you do? That's ur skin you will need to manage it Cos there's no known cure. Enough said.
Use Dr Sheffield clear zit in the morning with sebamed clear face moisturizer only and Janssen's RetinA at night (pea size amount at a time, a little goes a long way ). Be consistent for at least a month. Don't use anything else.
