GTB has come under a heavy legal battle recently,Just last Month or so, a court awarded #5billion against them in favour of one consultancy firm for illegal withdrawal from the customer's account, today again its #5.7billion, and Innoson has approached the court demanding a wooping #30billion. Earlier this year also, the bank was amongst the banks CBN fined millions of naira for non-compliance.
