Having stayed in Bonny for up to eight years and my little study of the people's history, I want to confirm that the op really tried.Bonny is a special different place people will not believe. It is Nigeria in Nigeria.no fear of armed robber, power failure is nonexistent. It is God's Island. We have a Polytechnic of Oil and Gas now waiting for the completion of Bonny Bodo road.

Ahh,the beauty of Igbolands plus the discipline and hard work of Igbos has brought about this excellence.

God bless the Igbo nation.
Must you attribute every good development in Naija to the Igbos? I won't be surprised when you'll start claiming that the Igbos developed my home(Akwa Ibom).

Just so u know, the pix the op posted are those of LNG sites in Bonny, RA (oyibo and black oil workers residence)

The real Bonny and Finima are like every other Naija Delta, Ajegunle, Maroko etc residence. " shot put" into the river kinnd of toilets.

Why do we want vieweers to believe that oil facilities which ordinarily people are not allowed access to is the real face of Bonny without a mention of the slums and ghetto in the midst of abundant wealth?

I been dey wonder o. . . . .the dude just post the LNG oil facilities and claim thats the city.

Bonny is the worst face of capitalism on drugs. . . . a clear dichotomy between us and them

I worked with Daewoo for 2yrs +
Before Yaradua stopped the construction of Train 7 in 2007

The only beautiful place in Bonny is the NLNG and the beach

But uninterrupted power supply 24/7 x 366days

High Cost of living

One hour speedboat drive from PH

Just visit Uyo and you'll see how many nice buildings and businesses are built or run by Igbos.
