You cannot relate the 400 million to 7 billion (world population). The best relation to make of the 400 million is with 2 billion (your claim of muslim population). 2 billion is only 5 times larger than 400 million.

The bolded part I have to disagree with, Islam is projected to be the highest growing religion within the next 40 years, I seriously doubt the numbers would go down, as the world's overall population is scheduled to break the 10 Billion mark.
