On one hand, NNPC also claimed to have deducted money for PMS subsidy and on the other Hand, GEJ apparently did authorize money to be withdrawn from the ECA account for exactly the same thing.

Phew!

that means GEJ stole $2billion. He is the thief here.

Does she realise what this means? It was illegal on her part to accede to the presidential request simply on the basis of the ECA setup. I hope she has a written order to that effect. If she doesn't, the former president will deny any involvement.

government has been paying subsidy for long though the amount was reduced if not you would be paying for pump price of #147/litre...
