if the guys being probed and thrown in prison were igbo, you will hear all sorts of screaming about how they should be freed and we are being persecuted and witch hunted. lets see if ndigbo will beg for the release of these men

When is EFCC going after Obasanjo, Atiku, IBB, Tinubu, Amaechi? Abi these people no thief money or are they beyond the law?

I cannot understand why I'm really excited about this development. I know they would be put in a special cell, I know they would be eventually freed cos I still dont trust our judiciary, but whatever the case, this is a good start.

Finally I thank God it is not a southeast governor, else I would have been very depressed reading the foolish comments of my brothers who would have surely been out in droves defending the man. Hopefully a number of past leaders from other regions would be incarcerated before it gets to the turn of the SE. Maybe and just maybe by then, we would no longer have the embarrassing case of people defending criminals anymore for the sake of ethnicity.

Praise God! If the only thing this government would be able to excellently well, is to put corruption in a box, then I support their every move 100%!

If two months is what you people are happy for then we even have more problem here.

Two months for that kind of money... Will the remit the money to the govt? Which I seriously doubt.

Like a commenter here said, I won't be surprised if the Lamidos are back in their village sipping burukutu just like when the media said Efcc have arrested Nyako as soon as he came back from exile whereas he was lounging in his mahatma mansion fvcking the creamiest(not an English word) babes in Abuja.
