We can't say if there are casualties, but according to the Splendormag reader who sent this in just now, it's a five-storey building undergoing construction. It's at Sabo area of Yaba (on the same streeet with e-Center) and there may be workers trapped inside. Another photo below...

Building will keep collapsing until the national build code is fully implemented and Registered builders fully engaged in the production of building.
Not all civil engineers are into buildings. But a builder is trained to build.
The use of quacks is the major cause of building collapse.
Build wise engage a professional builder.
