Kimoni:Thank you jare ![]() Yes they have arrived and are 2 kg each.Now I know that 2 litre water is not 2 kg joor. Maybe 1.5 ..the kind tingling in my in my arms during the side lunges grrrrrrr I prefer it though the bottles were a bit difficult to position properly to the eye level during the side lunges. |

Just a tip I tried yesterday .. I have this app on my phone called sworkit and it gives you different routines. I told you I was having cramps in my knees so yesterday before I started the JM WO , I did an extra 10 min warm up and stretches with the app before JM and I felt far less pains after the WO. So for anyone who feels some sort of pains Maybe try adding some extra warmup /cool down/ stretches apart from hers before/after the WO. She is trying to get the optimum time from the workout so you might have to add some more mins to suit your body. |

Damiso, you can understand why i have been b1tching about the side lunges.....it hurts like hell ![]() Day 10 completed. I was team Nat all the way today. Yay!!! |

damiso:Yes o! I figured that if I hadn't extended level 1 to 20 days, I would have to go to level 2 tomorrow. So, I decided to give Nat a 100% try, it was quite hard though, my shoulders and thighs are still tingling. |

After my workout this morning ( day 5), hubby actually said I'm looking more compact whatever dt means sounds positive *grin*. 3 weeks of healthy eating,2 weeks of scola dondo's dance workout and 5 days of Jillian's..#singing something is moving,something is changing...Ellylace:Seeing results here and I'm sure others would say the same. |

Start them in the simplest way possible and you'll find that as the day goes by, you won't even know where the strength to do them perfectly is coming from. Then you can increase the canned weight gradually too Welldone to us all |
