It's a fake drivers license or better still you can use your school ID...some banks allow that

you only need Ekobank account or find someone who has one. When it is done, you can ask the person to transfer your money to your account via the same atm... Dont forget to pm me mtn lol

Tell the sender to tell the teller or cashier for the test question option, because the receiver has no id. You come up with a question that both of you know the answer i.e.Q. Uncle tonys wife? A. Janet. Then send the amount, the receiver will be able yo pick up the funds with no id. Hope that's helpful.

the foolish people Still told me that i must show them a valid id card to collect the money.that the amount of fraud in Nigeria is getting high day by day.

But if you are genuine, ask the sender to go back to where he sent you d money and change the name of the receiver to someone else's name who has an ID card and an account with a bank .
You cannot collect it in Naija without an ID. Even though you have a test question.

Udiboy has said it all. Tell the sender the sender to change the name to your friends name with a valid ID card. He or she will collect the money sharp sharp. You can never receive the money without a valid ID simple.
