Salute Gazzuzz, I 've been silently following your thread and I appreciate it. I have a Lexus rx330 2005, when I bought it I noticed that when I turn on the ignition the fan starts working and when i asked the dealer, he told me when the vehicle was brought in the a/c didn't work and they had to connect the wire directly into the compressor and creating a relay for it. I saw all these myself. A saw pin wire that is supposed to be attached to the fan junction hanging and when I put it in the fan stops working and a/c releases gases as if it's overfilled. I have attached pictures. Please how can I get my ac to be working just the way factory made it. Thank you.

The engine Ecu is in the engine bay behind the air filter, its held in place by 4 bolts, please remove it before contemplating an Engine wash.

Honda accord 2008

Faults.

Blinking D lights

Abs lights on

VSA lights on

Check engine light on

Vehicle scan revealed no communication with ABS unit.

Checked abs fuse, ok checked power to abs pump only ground power available, constant positive not available.

Honda accord 2008.

Harness repair carried out, found a broken link in the power supply lines to ABS pump, connected and check engine light and blinking. D light went off. (previous error was Can buss related to abs communication) scanned and found front left (drivers side) wheel speed sensor faulty.

Replaced wheel speed sensor ABS and VSA lights off

Next transmission oil drain and Re-fill using Original DW1, 4quarts and an engine wash.

Suspension also disassembled and checked for warn out joints. Joints ok (fair condition)

Car is ready for pickup.

Just towed in, toyota rav4 2003.

Fault blown head gasket.

Cause: owner forgot to screw back pressure cap after checking coolant level.

Would have fixed it tonight but the Bois need an education

So pics and procedures tomorrow morning.

Presently there's no cylinder compression (very low)

Matrix 04
Came in with a P0751 code
Wasn't shifting into 3rd gear and 4th gear
Fans are connected directly

Repair history
Customer had already taken vehicle for a gear service and was told to replace gear box

Investigation reveals
1. two solenoids not working after testing with a 9v battery.....there were actually blocked and stuck and wld have to be replaced.
2. Transmission filter was torn open by the previous technician that worked on it and is most likely the cause of the blocked and stuck solenoids

Toyota matrix 2004 all solenoids replaced filter replaced, oil filtered and filled up.

Waiting for a test drive.

Faults overheating, excessive fuel consumption, check engine light on.

Scan codes interpretation, EVAP CVS CIRCUIT VOLTAGE HIGH.

CSV valve is located under the car, near the tank.

Acura MDX 2004


Old csv valve is shorted.

New one is sourced from ladipo, put as a complete Evap unit, including charcoal canister and pressure sensor, but only the csv. Valve will be removed and used.

Acura madx 2004,

Thermostat removed and tested in boiling water, but remained closed.

Thermostat will be replaced.

Error codes cleared

Car is awaiting wash.

Job will be complete in the morning.

The bois were only able to remove accessories

Will personally drop the engine in the morning.

Started the car this morning, and the check engine light came up.

Same code.

Now if you have been following you will remember the last CSV valve was shorted this would cause a fuse to burn or a resistor in engine ECU to burn out. I'll be checking all fuses and if non, trace the pinouts for the CSV valve back to the engine Ecu and fix the burn out.

Water pump will be replaced as a preventive measure.

Please note timing marks on the 1AZ engine should be set by the colour markings on the chain and pulley and not the positions on the block.
