MidnightinParis:

He should search for less competitive schools with respect to his intended course of study.

Then apply for admission with a powerful SOP. Also, he can search for departmental and faculty funding opportunities available.

OK sir thanks

To God be the Glory, great things He hath done! Medical mail has dropped o. I saw CIC's mail in my inbox in the morning, I just checked now and med mail greeted me. Thank God for me! It ended in praise. I was refused in March, now God has said Yes in July, and no man, not even CIC will say no. Thank you all for your love. Applied online June 7. Its time to visit IOM. Submitted docs will be uploaded soon. Oluwa Ose!

My people help me oo. I am trying to apply for Spousal Open Work Permit (SOWP) and there is no place to upload the "Family Information Form" . The checklist i generated also did not state anything about Family Information, but my understanding has always been that you need the form as long as you are going to get a TRV.

Please for those who have applied for SOWP online, please help. @akanni, @Taiwokazx an others, I await your swift response

I greet you all please I am new here, few question to ask please which grad skul in Canada would likely accept me. I have a very weak 2.1 in economics and last 2yrs not up to 70%.
Re: Travelling To Canada Part 8 by thesoj: 5:32am On Jul 19, 2015
Here you go.

Click on the above link, and you'll see @richcasey's links that would be helpful. In the first link, you can do a school search for economics programs. Email the Economics department program coordinator of whichever school you might like, and ask them if they accept students with a low 2:1. To be honest, you have a decent shot at getting admitted, but you have to just package yourself well given that you already have a 2:1

Lol @Team 12. I don't think there is a family information form on the SOWP.
Re: Travelling To Canada Part 8 by Team12: 9:46am On Jul 19, 2015
Thanks dear. I know right; someone I have PMed said they added it to the letter of explanation section...My letter of explanation section has reached its limit in terms of size, I am thinking of added it to the "Proof of Relationship" section....***thinking***. I also added a copy of my TRV and POE Intro letter. Also an allocation of a 2 bedroom apartment (Family Housing) from my school and deposit confirmation...what do you think?

Are u applying for SOWP??

Good day house,

Please kindly assist with the following questions:

1. Is there any specific day, time and date for Biometrics collection at VAC Lekki?

2. I submitted an application for postgraduation work permit online and I was told to appear for biometrics, Is appropriate to apply for postgrad work permit ONLINE while in Nigeria?

3. Do I have to apply separately for TRV extension?

4. Is medical required?

welcome sir

i'ld advice u start gathering ur other documents now then wen online application opens u can apply .

As soon as ur offer letter is ready try apply for ur student visa at least 3 months before ur resumption due to the high number of applications and should incase u are delayed which I don't pray for u will still have time to throw in another application before January resumption
