An article once emerged claiming this same man has been denied of access to medicals while in detention. A lot of unverified news flying around in recent times. If this news is real, then Nigerians for once must unite and demand justice regardless of political affiliation.

I hope this is not true otherwise how can this be happening in Nigeria? These security offices and their leaders have sworn to uphold the supreme law of the land, is this what it is? Now the cover-ups and lies will start flying around in order to extricate themselves from the implications of the death of this man in their custody. When will we learn to uphold human rights and the sanctity of life? Even the actual boko haram criminals caught in the act are kept alive at tax payers expense and subsequently released yet they had to oversee the death of a man that by law is innocent until proven guilty!
If there is any justice or sense of decency some people like the DG of the DSS ought to tender their resignation or see to it that the parties responsible are immediately dismissed and prosecuted but no, his life is considered expendable in this regime of demons posing as leaders...

Buhari is in the US meeting with Obama. The best thing a former cso to the ex-president who understands the workings of the service to do is raise a false alarm so Obama will review his case with Buhari and other future arrests.

The Trent can confirm that Mr. Gordon Obua, former Chief Security Officer to President Goodluck Jonathan has passed away in the custody of Department of Security Services (DSS) in its Abuja Headquarters where he had been detained since Thursday, July 16, 2015 on the orders of President Muhammadu Buhari.

Sources who have been monitoring the situation have confirmed Obua’s passing to The Trent.

Obua, who was being detained by the DSS in an underground dungeon for undisclosed reasons was being denied access to his lawyers, family, and his doctors on the orders of the new Director General of the DSS, Lawal Musa, which serves as Nigeria’s secret police.

Our sources say Obua’s remains are still in the custody of the DSS at the time of filing this report.
