Currently i'm in my mid twenties, single, lonely and living along with my parents as well as family members in the same house. Because my father is a polygamous, we're more than twenty individual inhabited the house.

I'd been afraid of staying inside house's yard for fear of being sighted. Whenever i came back from my work's place i tend to lock myself inner and make myself busy with my mobile phone browsing the internet, if my battery exhausted, i will add up by reading novel.

But the most irritating is the way my family often shouting at me, asking me to came out and go to mosque to pray because they still been regarding me as Muslim, despite the fact i abandoned Islam over three years now.

Now i'd been thinking of parking up and hire my independent house as well as gotten marriage, but the main problems i'd been confronted are:

1. I'm too shy, with no much social skill how can i begin dating in spite of the fact that i'm too shy to even talk to males occasionally, let alone confronting girls.
It really thrill me when i saw a couple, though i'm always hopping one day to have partner, but shyness is the main problem been discouraging me.

2. How can i deal with muslim wife despite the fact i'm no longer a Muslim, i'm just pretend to be so? Because their religion forbids them marrying any non Muslim man, i know any time she find out i'm an apostate; she will seek a divorce.

3. Should i continue my normal life without thinking of gotten marriage one day?

Man, you are bothering yourself too much. You are an adult and let your family know that you are not a Muslim anymore. It's not compulsory you Marry a Muslim girl. When you are ready to meet women, you will. Don't settle for just any woman, you will only end up living an unhappy life. You can meet people through friends and on social media and also ask your friwnds to hook you up. There is a woman out there that doesn't mind the way you live your life.

Being a total introvert like you, I learned when I was in the university to accept myself for who I am. The girls will come. Surely.

Don't bother yourself too much, accept yourself.

Thank you for the enlightenment. I'm a native Hausa living in the North. Though having marriage with non Muslim woman is not consideded as offence herein; is even welcome by most Muslims, i tend to conceal my apostasy for fear of being rejected by the people in my community. Apostasy being regarded as capital offence here, to publicly declare my apostasy is like putting my life in danger.

I don't know how culture is in that side of Nigeria so, I don't really know what to say about this. Just follow your heart and do what's best for you. That's all I can say.
