I think the speculation was always going to be around us because of the way we threw cash last summer, regardless of how quickly we began the business.
Suddenly the excuse that Manchester is always rainy and dull doesn't matter because of the possibility of earning a fat wage. Hence we are an attractive option to be considered at least.

I think it's true that there was something going on, but the parties couldn't reach an agreement. Which means the buying party has to indicate much serious interest for the deal to happen.

I have not heard Gaal coming out categotically to say Di Maria, Di Gea are not for sale. It means if certain conditions are meant, he might just let it fly.
