The superintendent of police made a big mistake in revealing the name of the under cover officer to the SSS. He should have used a code name when sharing such a very sensitive information with another security agency. When running an under cover agent in such a manner described in the story, the agent should be referred to using only the code name and not their real name. This little mistake has put the agents life under serious risk. |
