Buhari's policy involves recovering looted funds from home and abroad{an amount that could run into a whooping $300bn},and injecting the money into the economy,infrastructure,power and social welfare.
Also,it seems he has an agenda concerning decentralizing the oil sector and breaking the NNPC into two bodies: regulatory and investment,thereby wiping out corruption in the oil industry and opening up a new bidding process.No more Niger Delta "son of the soil" n0nsense or Northern cabal network.
All in all,i think Buhari has a clear cut and well structured agenda concerning the economy.
Its his agenda concerning the military that i'm uncertain about.

Yes,they can be 'cured'.Many methods can be adopted to go along with councelling which include:
psyco-anatomic surgery,systematic neuro-surgery of human hormonal stimulating system,medication..etc.
You should not confuse hermaphrodites and natural 'sex-swaps' with LGBTs,many of them are not homosexuals.
The fact that a man lools feminine or a woman looks masculine doesnt mean that they are attracted to the same sex.
