First write an application letter for confirmation of appointment, the recipient address is directed thus-

The chairman,
Rivers State Senior Secondary Schools Board,
Okija/Emekuku street,
Mile 1 Diobu Port Harcourt.

Through:

The Principal,
So so school

You will submit it directly to your principal at the same time collect your increment form fill and also submit to him. NOTE: You submit everything to your principal not individually.

my friend submitted his own directly to the board o but was signed by his principal.

Dis confirmation letter is it for post primary schools first? Is it dat dy have nt started dat of UBE board? Pls sm 1 clearify me.

Sorry I forgot, when writing your letter, you will have to state boldly your ID number and your computer number as well as the date the appointment letter was issued to you.

My principal also never knew about it until I told him last week, he went to the board today and confirmed it.

If you have done yours, and find it possible and okay with you to help out, i request you post a sample here, it will go a long way to help many. This is not a Job application, rather an application for confirmation, the format may differ from organization to organization. Thanks for your information.

Zenith Bank paid July salaries 2day, plus one month arrears, plus 11k, totalling 141K.
