It's probably hybrid, or a deformity which could be caused by pollution esp oil spill.

Probably the result of a genetic mutation caused by the over pollution of the river by foreign Oil drilling companies. This is really sad, sooner of later the residents in those areas may develop cancer and other genetic disorders.
