1. saudi and french vessels operat the SAME system
2. Buyers requirements are subject to revision and change depending on a pelthora of reasons

Post his testimony all you want - it doesnt change the fact that it is BIASED

The fact is that the international Naval community has given the system its stamp of approval

Again i ask, obsolete compared to what?

In Nigeria, we have a "saying" in Pidgin English.

Patrick "you dey fall my hand".

Boy, I know it hurts you, but your Frigates are obsolete. I've provided multiple facts, indisputable facts! You've done nothing and provided no proof to dispute the facts.

Fact is your boat is crap!

Counter evidence: Charles De Gaulle, La Fayette Frigates (5), F1000 Air-Defence Frigate (3)

Obsolete compared to what?

No technical details available for any of them. However, those of the SA Navy are, and they all show facts that are clear your Frigates are obsolete.

Only Armscor knows how many Project Hotel tenders were submitted.

http://www.defenceweb.co.za/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=40176:only-armscor-knows-how-many-project-hotel-tenders-were-submitted&catid=51:Sea&Itemid=106

"The tender closing date for submissions for Project Hotel was extended by two months because of the complexity of the project, which involves not only building a new hydrographic vessel but also ancillary equipment to make the new platform part of a full hydrographic system.

The will see the selected tenderer deliver a pair of inshore survey motorboats integrated with the new hydrographic vessel, a sea boat, a hangar flight deck arrangement for a medium-sized maritime helicopter as well as an upgrade to the shore-based hydrographic offices and infrastructure at Silvermine. A spare motorboat, fully equipped and operationally qualified, is the final component of the Project Hotel tender."

By what standard are you defining "obsolete" and "crap"? Are you comparing them to something in YOUR navy? Are you comparing them to an AEGIS equipped destroyer?

There is. I knew about quota day early in school when I was still at primary level. An old granny like you still does not know that a year takes 365.25 days.

Well, even if we were to add those quota days to make up a day, surely in 31st Dec of 2008 from the 1st of Jan 2005 it will still make 0.75 day until the 31st day of 2008 pass over to the 1st of Jan 2009 to make a full day which will eventually complete 4 years.
NO,,,
The earth rotates 365days,6hours.. 1 day is 24hours so 6/24=1/4 or 0.25...any time on 1st Jan 2009 could be 10 p.m which is already MORE than 365.25days... So to be accurate passover is 31dec. at 12:00=365days.. the 6hrs(1/4) is ignored and summed up(Leap) to 4years which is Feb 29th a full day,,,why is your country using 1-31,if you say its 1-1,,

ACCORDING TO YOU::
1/1/2005-31/12/2005 =365.25,,
1/1/2006-31/12/2006 = 365.25,,
1/1/2007-31/12/2007= 365.25
1/1/2008-31/12/2008= 365.25
If this is how it is,,WHY DO WE HAVE LEAP YEAR??
SUMMARY:::
COMMON YEAR =365days NOT 365.25 and
LEAP YEAR = 365+0.25+0.25+0.25+0.25=366days,,,do you understand??
*This is elementary and am Not an old Granny,, the appropriate word is quarter..

*I hope you are not the one that banned me 'cos whoever did it is a coward..,,,
*I see you're limiting your insults already,, good boy..

Let me correct you it is like this.

01/01/2005 to 01/01/2006= 365.25 days. So just correct the mess because if you put it to 31/12/2008 is not yet a year until the time is 00H00 midnight of 01/01/2006.

if we have 365.25days then there would be NOTHING LIKE LEAP YEAR.. You said::
common year is 365.25 days,,
Leap year is 366 days,,, that's a serious case of double counting,,, I had to go back and check other posts,,,

CONCLUSION:::: you don't even know what a leap year is or why we have a leap year every 4years period..

Wrong again. a common year has 365 and quota day, you retardedd damned fool and leap year has full 366 days.

One year is like this 365.25 days.

IN CONCLUSION YOU CAN NEVER STRESS THAT FROM 2005 TO 2008 IS A FOUR YEAR DURATION. WITH REGULAR YEARS WE START TO COUNT FROM THE NEXT YEAR ONWARDS. FINISH AND KLAAR.

OH LEAP YEARS COMES EVERY FOURTH YEAR.

FOR EG: 2004, 2008, 2012, 2016, 2020 ETC.

Finally!!! 2008 is a leap year so 1jan 2005- 31dec2008 is exactly 4/Four years...„
**A common year = 365days,,,
**A solar year = 365.25 that's why I said "scientifically" in one of my post.. its not used in reality,,
**A leap year = 366 days...

http://www.convertunits.com/dates/from/Jan+1,+2005/to/Dec+31,+2008-use this date calculator,,,

MY Point -- its Not only in Nigeria that 2005 - 2008=4years,,,2017-2020=4years e.t.c.

It doesn't matter, years or ages are counted the same.

If I commission one ship on the 1st of Dec 2010 and another on the 3rd of January 2011. That will not be 2years. It will be two Months time. Mumu-Foool-Stupido.

All over the world, as a standard, ships commissioning is recorded in year dates not moths you fool.

Your example above will be historically recoded as 2010 and 2011....2 years, not as December and January.

You ever seen a ships commissioning history dates recorded in months with the year dates missing? Fool

Provide proof that the video is Nigeria. Boko Haram is beheading people in Cameroon. Just this week, 130 Cameroonians have been kidnapped by Boko Haram.

Show us proof that video is Nigeria, show us proof that it is not the video of Boko Haram behaeding other Boko Harams who refused to fight and wanted to surrender to Nigeria's new government as was published in news reports last month
