The question here is do you voluntarily aquire any other nationality and the answer is NO or did you change your nationality in the past and the answer is NO because there is no record so far that he has change being a Nigerian to a South African.

As at the time of his birth he is a British by reason of his birth on British soil and not by naturalization. So he didn't voluntarily obtain this nationality. At birth he holds dual nationality which is not a crime in Nigeria or Britain.

Also, sections 25 and 66 of the constitution show that he is a Nigerian by birth and meets the citizen eligibility standard to run for, and hold elected office in Nigeria.
