Go for it baby,i have added a class every Monday.I half died the first time i did it,but getting better. Vigorous work with muscles strengths,the class is 1h 30 min.

Everything included,weight lift,burpees,intensive squats,abs,cores and crunches.

If you plan Jamo, go to Royalton White Sands.
They own the resort that we stayed in the Bahamas and from what I saw there, it was awesome.
It was what made me think Jamo would be a nice idea. I was soooo looking forward to it.

Although They might try to sell you their diamond club travelers timeshare but you mustn't buy. Just listen to them blab and you could get $650 voucher for your next trip if you want to visit any of their resorts in any other part of the world.

Nne, we call it nracha in igbo. One fungal rubbish that ea or erode babies skin.
I think it makes d affected parts become lighter in colour. So topical creams r applied.
But u can do that d local way. D local one is not harmful to babies and it sometimes treat stubborn ones faster.

D thing is this, baby was becoming fairer around the eye,nose,mouth region and when I asked,was told it's nla.
I was rubbing baby tribotan and it seems d thing is spreading so I took him to d clinic for them to check. They simply told me that it's his colour coming out.

That if I see nla, nobody will tell me.
