That reminds me,since this thread mostly compasses single's matured women..

I want your views concerning this issue

There is a lady just opposite our compound here in my estate, for some reasons she is married yet,but the compound and house which she resides in was purchased by one certain man...for some reasons the man is married, living in another compound with his wife and children ,so it seems the man promise this lady marriage, and this lady says she can't wait any longer, that the man keeps on postponing. The marriage, and this certain lady goes to club like club her cocaine that keeps her alive ,so many people have whispered to the man concerning this woman wayward life,so she changed tactics, she stopped taking her car with her, instead hire a cab that will always pick her up and drop her back, so my question now is that...as a woman, would you advice the man, supposing he his your brother,to go ahead with the marriage,is it morally right, considering her wayward and carefree life, clubbing, taking of alcohol, hustling etc...would you advice someone close to you to marry such woman.....

Your views please
Mind your business! How can a married man promise another marriage and you are here seeking advice on his behalf? How the thing dey do you? undecided

Efe that wasnt the reason. If anything its our intellect and challenges that gave them shaky knees cool grin
They werent bothered when we were on their side, but when we started to challenge their ideas they suddenly rememebred that it was the boys room and we were invadin their space cheesy

They felt that they needed a place to be able to have their man to man discussions without being challenged. Na dem sabi
What is life without women anyway . . .very dry and boring grin

@kevinberry you are bothered that a married man with children wants to marry an olosho?
is it not better that he marrys her than an innocent man to be lumbered with her?

Please let them be & let them marry each other

Re: Girls night out discussions by Nobody: 9:39am On Aug 08, 2015
@EfemenaXY

The stroll into the boys thread actually started with talk in food and exercise tips.

Then it became guys topic on age and marriage. Though good points were made it started getting the familiar NL tone of disagreements on past topics. Usual frenemies were at it again, misunderstanding and reading meaning into things that were not really so.

I'm glad it stopped it was dragging for far to long. Besides boko still dey bomb for 9ja.

It's football season now so let that be their hot topic.

Her wayward lifestyle is bad but I think the man is aware of it...

He loves her just the way she is and you know love is a funny thing...

Sorry for asking, Is this happening in abuja?

Train your sisters in the right path and then you have nothing to worry about.

But people have advised him and even told him the girl is a runz babe yet he refuses to give up, what can you possibly do again? Continue to advise him if you can or ask your dad to speak with him.

Should he marry the lady, that would be the end of his friendship with our family,my dad has already made that clear to him....

Hi efe cheesy

First, it is the boy's thread grin

Again, they said the ladies were dealing because we did not agree with about 3 of them on the age range of marriage.

This has absolutely nothing to do with 'submissiveness' or meekness. We are no longer welcome on their thread; why should we keep hanging around & proving nonsense to them? Does their views on my opinions affect me so much that I will belittle myself to gain their acceptance?

Na ma'am.

We have a thread and I decided to make it active. Let's bring our chit chat and whatever here. If we do not build this thread ourselves, nobody will build it for us.

If you go through the boy's thread, they have been dangling between football, film reviews, feminism, cheating husband's, submission and respect. More like boy's chit chat also.

This is NL and there is a limit to What one can discuss. Also on this thread, we have divergent views mainly on feminism/equality and I think it will be foolhardy to engage in certain discussions not to bring rancor.

So Efe, unstrike ya moniker grin and bring topics we can discuss wink

Waiting...

You are jumping the gun
What you should be doing is advising your family friend to stick to his wife and family and you help resolve any issues that may be between them.
