@ Alakara, No I'm not a certified capenter I learnt how to construct rabbit's cage from one of my boss when I started the business because rabbit cage is different from chicken cages or other animal cages.

In my own opinion instead of the cage to have higher height which I don't think is most useful why not make the rooms more spacious and ventilated.

I purposely made the cage to be high because of some reasons and moreover rabbit don't really need much ventilation because it can cause pneumonia as a result of too much of cold. Thanks

@ Fiddy, I can't really identify MR FLEMISH GIANT amongst the two rabbits but note that every rabbit has the tendency of becoming bigger or larger in size depending on the nutrient composition of the feeds but all these lies in the hands of the breeders because some feeds are good for breeders/ parent stocks, while some are good for meat, fur productions.

alright tanx for the info. The white colour is actually the flemish giant .he said he got them from somewhere in vorm in jos.This white one weighs like almost 9kg on a scale why the other breed(not flemish ) about 4.kg according to what he told me thanks

Thats no flemish giant, you need to see mama Agege's rabbit. its almost double that size, dyoungforester can attest to this.

Note that most of d rabbt u c in naija are not pure
breed so geting a flirmy g of 15 kg at 9month old or 25kg at 18 months might b rare .

well the owner of the rabbit told me that all those. Super large ones that look like the size of a dog are almost three years or more dia average size range from 8kg- 15kg

Yes, they are not. But some of her old rabbits are quite big. I was the who linked dyoungforester to her.

@dyoungforester What happened to that rabbit having premature delivery i guess?
@kowopefarm @samshoz @dyoungforester is there anybody located in Ibadan cos i will be moving to Ibadan very soon and i can't carry my cages so i will need someone that will help me in building or directive me to a good person that can help me build one when i get there.

Am planning on doing a free range rabbit and Grasscutter farm but currently under studying a friends farm in Australia.

I will share the picture once I start.
