Bros, FYI. I walked away from your business the first day we met at The Place, Lekki 1 because right in front of you, your sister called me for a backdoor meeting and you said nothing about it. I had to write her that I'm not sure you're the real person I've been talking to. Thats the reason I asked that you request for a refund via email. Someone like your sister can do anything. I've not met you before and how am I suppose to believe you're the one.

Let your sister say I benefited a kobo from it and I'll proof it to the whole nairaland and the world that nothing from the proceed mix with my business money. I won't need families to proof this. It will simply be her own words against her.

I don't believe that you threatened the Sister.

When the Pastor asked her point blank she lied and said that you threatened her in person and then she changed it later to say that she heard from some people that you are threatening her. So once that lie was there then everything else she says is doubtful.

Why do you think I'm keeping all the evidences? There are 3 people in a project. I've met 2 physically and I've not met one (brag3) at all. The one I've met is in UK and I don't have his contact not even email. The only person I knew on this job is the lady I'm transacting with.

Even till some minutes ago, I still doubted brag3 is the actually person. Not until last 2 posts because we've discussed and I know he's not a gullible person but the whole thing is very confusing.

That explains the chat screenshot I posted above telling her that I doubt the person I met is the one I've been talking to on this project. I even went as far as asking the person (brag3) to send me an email before I can confirm. Brag3 will confirm that the way I reacted at our first and only meeting at The Place, Lekki is not good at all because I'm not really sure I'm talking to the right person.

I will start with a Yoruba language proverb that says "Eniti o gbe epo loja, ko jale bi eniti o gba fun"
Translated in English to be: "The person that steal oil in the market is the thief but the second person who took the oil from him/her"

If you come to my court with all the evidences above... my conclusion will that Brabus colluded with the Sister to defraud the Brother.
So my judgement will be that Brabus is a Thief and the Sistser is also a Thief.

Brabus all the money comes to you for the project, where do you get extra money to give the lady if you did not over-quote for the Brother?
May be you and the sister already an agreement to include her share in the quotations.
All the funds get transferred directly to you why then are you begging the lady to release any money? From where is that money?
You signed the contract with the Brother not with the Sister... so you are liable (She is just an observer of the project). The law will hold you responsible for any monetary transaction that transpires in this project, not her. Ignorance is not accepted in the court of law.
You were given the sole authority to acquire all the materials for the project, so why is the Sister in the picture at all?

You asked how you can fix this in future? You already know why. You are the Builder and you sign your life and reputation on the contract, you should have no business with anyone else except the person who gave you the contract.

Brag3, your sister is no good and I am not sorry to say this either. I don't know any party. Getting family involve in some project is always a disaster and I am speaking from my personal experience. Get your sister out of the project, not even supervision or observer.

You also have the right to sue Brabus for breaking the contract, if the law in Nigeria works like it does in other civilized country, and you may even be awarded the full cost of your project with some suffering allowances... I am not a Lawyer but I practice Business Law everyday.

I don't like words alone. Can you show a proof? I've only mailed your brother once and that was just about 9 days ago. I don't have his email. So if that's what you're been fed. I told you your sister made a fool of us all.

I work in Abuja. My brother is in London so she was the only person here.
I have not for once said Brabus is lying about my sisters involvement. She would come on here in time and say her own part.
All I can say which is fact is that Brabus gave us a quote. I can upload it here and based on that Money was paid to Brabus.
Not a single penny was every given to Brabus.
If you read my first message here I made it clear that all money was coming from one account for transparency purposes.
I have every single evidence to show that Brabus was paid fully for the work he quoted to us for Shops, Foundation and Blockwork,
I would never gave my sister money to give to a contractor when I can deal with him directly.

Ok, let's say you did not sign the contract with the UK Brother, but you knew the project is for him? Why are you accepting money transfer from somebody you did not have anything to do with?
Even if the estimates (quotations) is not directly given to the Brother, you know the intentions and what the paper issued by your company letter-head will be used for? Imagine if those documents were used to defraud the Government, your Nexthome company will be liable.

Why do you think the UK Brother is sending you the money directly and not to her sister? It's because of the trust he has in NEXTHOME company.

1. I initially gave an estimate of 23,438,250.00 for the work.
2. She negotiated as Tunde claim that was her role.
3. The estimate was dropped to 19,769,350 and sent to her email on the 10th of October, 2014.

So, when did you receive the estimate for the project? Is it on the 10th October or when? Why wasn't the N19,769,350.00 estimate presented to you? Please let me see the estimate you claimed I forwarded to you or your brother. I need to be convinced that i don't know what I'm saying.
