Good morning fellow nairalanders ...  I noticed dis problem some years ago when I entered a boarding school... Actually we were 4 in a room and we share d same bathroom... I noticed dat whenever I'm urinating n any of my roommates enters unknowingly, my urine would stop involuntarily, and when she goes, it'll continue.. this also happens @home . some of my friends say it's shyness  buh I'm not sure of dat ... Pls am I normal  gynecologist n matured advice needed pls, and ladies if u've ever experienced such, kindly share thanks A problem shared is a problem half solved |

I'm not too sure but it maybe an hormonal imbalance.Maybe you should see a doctor for advise but I don't think it's a serious problem.For me it is just a reflex action. sorry for this question, if you have suffered molestation before it maybe a reaction to such maltreatment.Very rare issue but possible. |

Dont even worry your heads about that ish. Its a natural phenomenon. I've forgoten what its called. It happens to both male and female, young and old so its not peculiar to you. Its the same reason that when a baby is peeing and you exclaim loudly, the baby startles and stops peeing. The consciousness that someone is nearby sets your system to an auto shut-off mode.
