mumu, i've been a bodybuilder over the past two years since i started playing basketball and just read up on creatine hence the reason why i have that thread up. EVERY Athlete lifts and supplementation is king.

and yes, i needed to grow beards and i don't see anything wrong with that.

for both ventures i've a budget of over 30k but here u are with a useless muscular body and 'full grown' beards

yes bruh and i;v been using for almost 2 weeks

i can confirm that this shit works if you eat neat, i mean good food with it

and pls drink lots of water to avoid pimples breakout. Now i can see visible strands of hair

on my chin. pretty sure i'm getting a goatee within the next few weeks.

EDIT: Bruh no vex i don forget say nah u recommend am for me. Thanks bruh it worked wonders

Lmao brother I later ditched the stuff.. I still have everything funny enough I opened my drawer and saw it in there yesterday.

It worked tho and I had strands of hair all over my face. I preferred that look to the bushy bushy stuff so I stopped at that point.

It's worth it, absolutely
