Ado-Iyin Road For the Governor Kayode Fayemi-led administration in Ekiti State, opening up the communities through aggressive rehabilitation of roads is a priority. http://ekitistate.gov.ng/2012/09/for-ekiti-roads-a-new-lease-of-life/ |

This is exactly what I was talking about. All these Photo Ops by Fayose so people can see him as people's Governor is nonsense and those that bought into it are myopic in thinking. It's nothing but a ploy. He is buying palm oil in the market while he will eat Macaroni in the Governor's Mansion. 1 Like |

My thinking on why a Fayose is a governor in Ekiti 1) Ekiti is the poorest state in the South West and one of the poorest in Nigeria (based on the monthly allocation from the Federal Government. Note that Ekiti is one of the richest in terms of human capital development index). 2) Because of No 1 above, unlike some of the other South Western states that are able to retain a good percentage of their intellectuals in their state, Ekiti intellectuals are scattered across schools in Nigeria and there may be more of her intellectuals in Lagos than the entire Ekiti put together. 3) I suspect that a good number of educated Ekiti citizens living in Ekiti state have disconnected themselves from the political process of the state and are only watching from the sideline. 4) Fayose's grand understanding of the psychic of the typical voter in Ekiti is then deployed to his own advantage packaged and presented as if it is to the advantage of his subjects. If you can think of a better explanation please tell me! 3 Likes 1 Share |

ba7man:maybe u already know I meant planners and surveyors and that it doesnt need much of an insult from a full grown architect like you to drive your message home. Mr architect.. besides, if you had read other people's posts before this your own, you would have observed that more matured minds than yours have already notified me on that in a more matured manner.. I wonder if this is how your personality is.. its a shame that you don't have manner of approach even in a big social network like this.. to even correct the mist ignorant person on earth will be the highest if tasks for you. Sorry to bring your ego so low Mr architect. |

ba7man:I think its your I'll manners that is smelling over the place.. ask those that corrected my mistakes. But you know what? The word ignorant is a nice word, shows that everybody is and must be ignorant of one knowledge or the other. I accept my ignorance yes and happy that someone corrected it and I learnt. But I doubt highly that u are seriously ignorant of the word " good manners" because that's why you started by telling me you are an architect which I doubt u are. |

This is a total contrast of visionary leadership. Fayose should be thinking of setting up a leather factory from the hide and skin he is consuming. . |
