When my ex left,i took it upon myself to do a thourough research because no matter how hard i try to understand her motive, and everyone who spoke with her were amazed at how pointless her excuses were.

When pastor chris said we should pray for her,i understood him perfectly.

I discovered that pisces ladies are like that and i know 5 piscean ladies who left their matrimony on stuffs that ordinarilyy holds no water.

They are very unrealistic in nature and they have the most annoying trait of leaving their affairs for non issues that can readily be resolved.

Except if pastor Chris is not a Naija man, the best thing is to quickly marry a fine young girl in his church and forget this one. What type of abuse is she talking about that she cannot resolve iwith the husband . She's a big time loser and that's what she'll always be, she can't pull down a successful man.

when you are married to a big time pastor like this you ought to know some things in the family must give way. the pastors had provided everything money can buy for you even in faraway UK. You got fame, power and respect even like a presidents wife yet greed and unexplained jealousy took hold of her. As a virtuous woman which she ought to be she should have been able to deal with any situation.
Look at Hilary Clinton in the height of international shame how she dealt with the Monika Lewinsky saga, that's how real wives act in times of issues and not behaving like those who never known Christ before. I clearly shows that she was never the real person writing call those articles on Rhapsody.

This Anita must be an agent trying to pulldown a big ministry. She had planned this evil plot long ago thinking it will make her popular to start her own ministry to teach women how to leave their marriages.

Pastor Chris should collect his children from her and remarry asap no second chance to allow her back. Good riddance to bad rubbish.

GLeesMODEL:
If you recall in 2014, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome and his wife Anita, who now goes by her maiden name Ebhodaghe caused quite a stare when news of divorce between the two hit the net.

The divorce was filed in April 9, 2014 at Divorce Section A, Central Family Court, First Avenue House, High Holborn, London, United Kingdom on the grounds of "unreasonable behaviour" and for the first time since that divorce, Anita is now speaking.

Anita took to her blog to discuss how her life has been changing as of late making some serious references to her marriage as she wrote. She wrote:

It is my desire to reach out and inspire you especially if you feel vulnerable and in need of a change. I hope to inspire you to believe in yourself no matter the circumstances. I want to help you recreate your life going forward, so you can live beautifully. I have been through this journey of rediscovery and nothing is as beautiful as realising one’s uniqueness as I have done. Life is a precious however, your life can go through different seasons: winter, spring, summer or autumn. Life can hit you with financial loss, disappointments, death of a loved one, a broken relationship, loss of a job, a divorce, being falsely accused or being a victim of crime. These can shatter you to pieces but you can do something about it.

Life is a gift from God and you deserve to be happy irrespective of your age, race, gender, background or financial situation. I urge you to appreciate the gift you are, you are precious and valuable. Never lose sight of who you are; begin to create new visions and dreams for your life. Let nothing stop you from growing every day. My story is not one of a bed of roses, far from it but I had a choice to either beat myself over the regret of tolerating abuse for so long or put a stop to the abuse and recreate my life for the best. My journey was not in vain. I can now help others realise that their situation does not define them.

In order to move on with life, I have come to realise that nothing is permanent. Your problem is not permanent; you can do something to change it by ensuring you do not allow the situation or the person make your life miserable. Pain is a fact of life, it is inevitable but suffering is optional. You can do something to change the pain by over looking every obstacle, take control as a force of nature to grow and expand. Do what is necessary now to use the gift God has given you to unleash your purpose.

My message to all is simple: you have value therefore discover your potential. Do not allow anybody destroy you or rob you of living a joyful life. Your life is not wasted; you have just started a different phase of life. God will show you how to use your testimony to help others and restore their lives to exuberance. Please join me to encourage and inspire others. You have a story to tell, you can contribute and participate in the dialogues here. Let us all learn from one another’s experience and reach others with the gift of love and kindness. Share your experience by emailing me or making a comment. Celebrate your uniqueness because there is only one of you.

You call your self a Christian and yet you base your belief about a person you don't know on zodiac signs?

I actually want to enlighten you and craziebone a little bit about the difference between Astrology and the zodiac which is the study of human nature which unfortunately people tag under astrology.

"Astrology" is "the ancient art or science of divining the fate and future of human beings from indications given by the positions of the stars and other heavenly bodies" - Encyclopedia Britannica, Vol. 2, p. 575, 1956. It assumes that our lives are largely influenced (though not completely determined) by the position and movement of heavenly bodies.

"Zodiac" is a narrow strip or belt of the heavens in which the sun, moon, and principle planets appear as the earth revolves around the sun. This zone is divided into twelve sections, each of which contains a constellation (group of stars) for which that section has been named. Each of these 12 constellations is called a "sign of the Zodiac." Whatever section the sun could be found in at the time of year when a person is born, that section is said to be the sign under which that person was born.

"Occult" is defined as: "magic, astrology, and other alleged sciences claiming use or knowledge of secret, mysterious, or supernatural agencies" - Random House College Dictionary. Other occult practices include witchcraft and sorcery, Satanism, spiritualism, fortune-telling, and psychics.

By definition, astrology is part of the occult. It is associated with hosts of other practices that are specifically condemned in Scripture. This should leads us at least question astrology.

The bible grossly forbids all the aforementioned with great emphasis on all others except the understanding of human nature which has nothing to do with fortune telling.

Its like saying drinking alcohol is a sin but the bible clearly states that drunkenness is a sin and not the intake of alcohol.

So lets take a look at these biblical verses.

Deuteronomy 18:10-14 “There shall not be found among you anyone who burns his son or his daughter as an offering, anyone who practices divination or tells fortunes or interprets omens, or a sorcerer or a charmer or a medium or a necromancer or one who inquires of the dead, for whoever does these things is an abomination to the Lord.(This is astrology)

Let now the astrologers, the stargazers, the monthly prognosticators, stand up, and save thee from these things that shall come upon thee. Behold, they shall be as stubble; the fire shall burn them; they shall not deliver themselves from the power of the flame: there shall not be a coal to warm at, nor fire to sit before it. Isaiah 47:13-14 (Astrology)

The problem is that there is a thin line between astrology and zodiac and that is why im so careful not to go beyond the understanding of human behaviors and will never delve into astrology where i will use horoscope to know what will happen to me tomorrow, this month or this year and just as taking alcohol and being drunk re juxtaposed, astrology and zodiac are also side by side and even if they do not mean the same, people can easily cross over from understanding human nature which is the zodiac to astrology which is fortune telling, sooth saying and so on.

Just like those who may not know the line between taking alcohol without getting drunk, i will advice people to also forget knowing anything about the zodiac as they may easily cross the line to start using astrology to forecast their lives.

Anita you are a very selfish woman. Your words doesn't inspire me at all. A Christian woman must understand that the husband is the head just like Christ is the head of the man and God the head of Christ. Your post is disgraceful, disheartening and saddening

Well she tried to be "nice" 16 years and made much and does she do not deserve acknowledgement for this big work in europe?! I think she did right - why to slave and make things when they are not honored properly. You should this passage in Eph 5 more better about chris is the head. Christ does not behave with his church like Ps Chris haf behaved with his wife all those years.
How long you think someone have to suffer? Does really those 16 and more years is not enough to suffer unpleasant marriage?

The lesson from Anita and Chris is that no matter how much fame and wealth marriage brings a woman, if she is deprived of sex, divorce is invevitable. I would say she tried a lot. The poor woman was dumped in London for almost 2 decades while husband frolicked in Lagos.

Go on girl, get your life back. A woman without conscience would have looked for 'ways and means'. Apparently Anita likes to practice what she preaches. She is still young and pretty.

Yay! Right!

So you think that in marriage christian wives in 21st century have to suffer for ever and do not have right to leave when marriage became dancerous and emotionally and physically unhealthy and help those who had experienced same?! And that husbands have right to abuse and to do whatever they wants? I am really thinking in what century you are living on. Woman is not meant to be slave or meaningless thing but to be independant personality who have also her rights to be loved, taken care of and also right to leave if things became crazy. Andbible do not encourage anykind of abuse .

I will respond to your post only just to clarify things. First I newer said men can abuse their wives or treat them as they like. All I'm saying is that the way women are created you can see that they were made just for one special purpose which nobody and I repeat nobody can take that away from them. That is the ability to give birth to children. For that alone men ought to respect them and cherish them, but when they begin to venture into things they weren't meant to do or by equating themselves to men that is where problems start.Women should do what pertains to women and let men do what pertains to men.

Did you actually go through the explicit reasons why she filed for a divorce?

i almost puked when i did.

She first added infidelity then she replaced it with improper conduct.

The most laughable one was that she complained that pastor chris neglected her in uk abeg help me ask her why she no fit come meet her husband from time to time?

See i followed this issue closely and IN MY OPINION,SHE is only making a mockery of herself and not pastor chris.

hilary clinton who was not eveen a minister of God stood by her hubby during the sex scandal but here we have a reverend trying to destroy her own marriage with her own hands.smh
.

This is the first time this woman is speaking about this issue publicly. So that nonsense of She first said this, then said that is an expression of how gullible and unreasonable some pple are. The truth came out thru details gotten from her divorce papers and asking questions to close family sources. But She was silent. While her husband kept reducing her publicly to save his image. SHE HAS BEEN QUIET. Even now She's talking, She's not even going into details. lolz! which kind of woman does that? some persons dont just like admitting the truth. Anita handled this matter with great respect for the man of God even though She was completely humiliated publicly by him after 15 years of an emotionally abusive marriage. Any reasonable fellow will salute her courage. YOU DONT KNOW THIS WOMAN, SO SHUT UP!

Of course.
Although I believe pastor Chris is to blame because he is the man in the relationship, it is clear when pastors' wives do this all they are demanding is "love" as a wife should have it.
All she is crying out is "Love me!"
And that is a natural cry because that is how women were wired and that is why God commanded men to "Love your wives".

Pastor Chris played the "I will show you who is the boss in this relationship" card till the end.

When God comes to his garden in the end, God will ask the parties involved. But I believe just like He asked Adam, He will first ask pastor Chris "What happened here" because He knows who the head is, who He has put in charge and therefore, where the buck stops.

This is wisdom!
Thank you.
A lot of manipulation prevails in countries like Nigeria because pple encourage nonsense.
A man of God practically ruins the emotional life of his wife for 15 years. I mean it is clear and glaring and all pple can say is "go back" "you hav failed God" & all that rubbish.
Where is your conscience?
The moG handled this matter like a Nigerian. He practically humiliated this woman in a bid to save his image and sadly, its working.
God will judge!
As for Anita Ebhodaghe, God will take care of her.
