When i saw your reply i thought you were going to say something logical but i was wrong. How does situating a REFINERY up North facilitate the distribution of refined products? Now this is why i said the average Hausa-Fulani is incapable of complex reasoning. Lagos does not have any refinery but it gets more petrol product than Kaduna. Imo, Anambra, Ogun does not have refineries but they get more refined petroleum products than Kaduna.
