Now this is why i said the average Hausa-Fulani is incapable of complex reasoning. Lagos does not have any refinery but it gets more petroleum product than Kaduna. Imo, Anambra, Ogun does not have refineries but they get more refined petroleum products than Kaduna.

You build tank farms strategically across the country not refineries dunderhead. BTW you did not answer all my questions.

Kaduna refinery was built to take care of the distribution of distillates to the Northern region which unlike Lagos has no waterways where ocean going vessels can ply, berth and distribute distillates. Lagos has no refinery but the NNPC facility at ATLAS COVE was built @Tarkwa bay to take care of the distribution of distillates brought in by ocean plying ships to the different NNPC depots in Lagos and SW region. The North has no such waters.
