These ones are dreaming oh. Which laws do they make? The quality of the laws are terrible and difficult to interpret. The worst part is that majority of the laws that are passed are sponsored and drafted by private individuals.

Hmmmm... Atimes, i feel like weeping for this country with the way our greedy and selfish politicians are behaving.

What is d usefulness of d national assembly? Cos i hav nt felt dia impact since 1999. They r just a drain pipe for our resources. Almost a 100 days into d new administration, yet dese hav not debated not to talk of pass any reasonable bill. Instead they are taking recess and looking for ways to illegally acquire d title of a SAN. Smh

The Answer is NO NO NO!!!! They are Professional Polilicians like Doctors, Accountants, Engineers etc in the Legislature. They are not Advocates. Public Lawyers and Public Service Lawyers are Advocates of the people. These are the interpreters of our Legislation that deserve Recognition as SAN, QC and Promotions to Magistrates and Judges of the states and the Federation. I am smelling fish, for I suspect a Coup to take over our Legislature by SANs and dominate it. Once they all become SANs, they will no longer listen nor regard the voices of Taylors, Drivers, Farmers, Plumbers, Electricians, Engineers, Accountants, Statisticians, Geographers, Historians, Doctors etc among them. These Professionals, Lawyers inclusive, are the Lights and Salts of the Legislatures everywhere.

At what point did they consider themselves qualified to be SAN?

Is it 2months after a fruitless Law career?

Or 8 years after disregarding the same Law?

Other than being legislators what else qualifies them to be SAN?

this is the point to be addressed, and each legislator is to be addressed individually - there can't be a collective recognition as SAN for all.
