Hi pals, please someone that reapply got a mail today requesting for his medical and medical form and stamped passport was attached to the mail quoting his UCI number.. The question is how is he going to inform them that he did medical and passed in his first application or they will get it by themselves. His first application is less than 2 month. Thanks

@Dharmie2014...For the fact that you don't know what route to take and u are finding it difficult to view and fill online I suppose, then take the traditional paper route. Print ur forms and fill out with the insteuction guide for paper application..Go to CVAC with ur filled forms and documents and ur cash..

After doing medicals for undergrad student permit does it mean you're at least safe to some extent except you fail your medical? DO THEY REJECT AFTER CALLING FOR MEDICAL

Passing medicals does not guarantee TRV. Your application can still be refused for other reasons

But not reasons regarding wat eva document you submitted prior, i.e. Proof of funds and all that. I think it depends on if u fail it or if u ve identity problems

Bros, thanks for the reply.. I did register on cic, each time I tried to download the application form, I get a msg that I should update my adobe which I have doin severally, I even went to a cyber cafe but stil same...opening it is my challenge bro

First Post, learnt about this thread 7 weeks into my application and just wanted to give back;

Visa Application: June 11th (Online)
Medical: Upfront May 29th (did mine outside the country)
Biometrics: June 11th
Medical Passed: 21st August
Passport Request/Approval: 25th August (submitted same day)
Passport Collected (with Correspondence letter): 27th August (2yrs TRV)

Going to SAIT, BAPT (Applied Degree) program, don't know why it took so long but glad I got approved.
I guess they are still attending to Fall Applicants, so there still hope for those waiting...

I shall testify here by His grace........sucex to all TRV awaitees!!

Read Part 8 to see victims of denial after medicals. You can be denied for reasons such as "Purpose of Visit", "Insufficient Funds", etc. Read the medical mail well and you will see that medicals is at your own risk and your application is still under review.
This mainly happens during rush hour.

#Quick question: For how long does an upfront medical stand viable by CIC? I did mine in July, how long can it still be used?
