Catching a walk with my friend in Umudike, around World Bank housing Estate, na so I jam this car, I was wondering what my ve prompted thus creativity, on observing the car for about 5mins, I saw the sticker, by the left side of the windscreen.

Since T. A. Orji failed to put street lights in Abia state, every car is mandated to come with two types of light;

1. Head lamps for the driver to see.

2. Street light for the pedestrians to see.
