I have a 14 months old female German shepherd Dog. That's on Heat. Today 31st August 2015 makes it The 12th Day Blood comes out from her vagina. I took her to a male german shepherd around my area on friday( 2years +). she didn't allow the male dog to mount on her.she kept on chasing the male dog with her bark. even tho her mouth was covered with Mouth Guard*.I took her again 2 a male Dog which is just exactly 12 months yesterday. She did the same by chasing and refusing not to open her tail . My question now is what should I do to make my female GSD allow male dogs mate her
And For how long will I see Blood coming out from her vagina

I think u should leave ur dog with. d male to get familiar with each depending on d dog and environment it might take up to 5 days of more b4 dy mate. happened to a friend. of mine or look anoda dog.

In respect to the post, there are different instances that such might happen.

Some dogs will get so Hot and won't even resist it, while some will form a lil bit of hard to get and later agree.

And there are some dogs that are just too aggressive and wasn't socialised well enough, they will resist any other dog from coming close talkless of inserting something inside them. 'ur dog'

But irrespective of the situation, Both owners can help out with the stuff.

Seems it's the Owners first time because if it's not, the owner of the Male Gsd should understand better that there are times that you have to help out or is he not getting paid

If ur Gsd is actually on heat, use her mouth guard and let her face you, open her tail and calm her down for action... then let the owner of the male dog get his stud ready for d action from the back and ensure the penetration is done before leaving them to continue by demself

yeah. We signed 5K and one puppy.
Concerning what you said now. We trried holding my dog . But the male dog wasn't getting d vagina at all.. I think she was closing the vagina too.

If not d heat wud b waisted or xcept its her 1st heat den u cud wait 4 d 2nd heat 4 ur bitch 2 properly mature and redy 2 mk puppies in nxt heat... But make sure u place her on som supplemnts b4 nxt heat xo shi cud mk good nmbr of puppies.. !!cheers!!

op first thing take the mouth guard off then either you leave your gsd with the male for a few days or you take the male with you home,leave them and three days top they would hump.

Some dog won't agree because the male dogs is young for them i have seen a case like yours the dam did not accept any male dog from 1 to 3 yrs of age while the dam is 2yrs the owner found a 6 yrs old dog and she accepted him once maybe you should find a older male older than her by far

I guess ur right.... coz am currently facing the same issue I have 2 gsd a full male 1 yr and the female mix 2yrs/half she always get mad anytime the male tries to mate her.....which am still trying to solve the issue...but on the other hand a 3 years female Pitbul next door will always cooperate with the male to mont her. its so confusing
