It is true I was married. That was on April 15th 2000 and my ex was a twin which affected our Union to a very large extent. We have 3 kids, 2 boys and a girl. I had my inadequacies just like her but twice she packed out of our house without even notifying any of my relatives. I was infected with necrotizing fasciitis while she left the last time in 2010 and spent 3 months in LASUTH but she never visited me. Just last year I started a relationship with another woman who happens to be a widow but after almost 2 years the Catholic Church says we can't be married because I still have a wife....the mother of my children that left since September 2008. I love my new woman but the church said we can't be married. What do I do?

OP, you are in a very tight situation but I feel if you can't stand the chance of being alone as your ex wife doesn't want to reconcile which is obvious that you don't have an atom of love for her again, then I will suggest you seek the counsel of your priest or better still act on your human nature by compromising to do a court wedding and to denounce your membership as a catholic.
