What in heaven's name is that? Another underachievement being proudly bragged about. I have said this before. Nigeria should be too advanced for these kind of things to be boasted about by graduates of higher institutions. I'd have been happier if secondary school students have done this. But for this to be a product of a technological institute baffles me.
