Is it a piece of artwork or intended to fly?
I think something built at an institution of technological studies today should bear some basic principles of the design.
I cannot see how the tail rotor is driven? maybe the generator actually powers electric motors that run the tail rotor and the main rotor. But you need a lot more to make a heli of any size actually hover and make a controlled flight.

ok. Can you please throw more light on the design and if it actually flies? A few close up shots too and more information could earn you guys sponsorship. I left that same institution many years ago, I was part of a project team who built a solid waste incinerator for final project that actually worked.
