Ugba is that slim brownish stuff in the pix. Its used in eating abacha too. Garden egg is añara.

Touchmedder please did you get the youghourt in Lagos. I googled the habib youghourt seems they are mainly in abuja I dont know if they have an outlet in Lagos. I have been looking for a brand with the specification you gave. The ones I have had are just too sugary.

They also sell fura there. So they put the fura and the yoghurt in the blender and blend it. And pour it back into the container. Its AWESOME!!!

I have not tasted fura before but I have seen some northerners hawking it. I ll be on the lookout for the youghourt here in Lagos.
