The points I listed are reforms. Reforms are long term in nature. Their impact can't be felt immediately they are started. But they are necessary, in order to prevent decay from occuring in a system.

Iweala was a world Bank personal and she served under GEJ and she was recognized all over the world yet she lost economic theory and principles by telling us we are the strong economy in Africa. The same your world known person told us that our economy was strong against strong warning from financial bodies and renowned economists that our economy was heading downward, now few months later she then saw that she was not sound (no be by certificate or world recognition).
