Why do Nigerians like disrespecting the law?
Diplomatic passports are meant for those in govt to enhance their productivity while in office
Diplomatic passport is meant to be submitted to immigration after one leaves office.
Does Buhari need to give a directive for them to return the passports?

OBJ was our president in the past. The Nigerian Constitution stipulated that every Nigerian Heads of State shall always have diplomatic passport and can visit any country. ... (Not the exact wording of the constitution though but u get the drift) So come what may, OBJ, GEJ etc shall always be protected in this regards.

The Nigerian constitution made it that it shall not be possible for any past or present head of state to be middle class citizen let alone of been poor. (Steal or not).

Why is this administration so intent on taking credit for the policies and legislation passed by the previous administration?

This was signed into law by Goodluck Jonathan under the Immigration Act 2015.

And How come almost everybody in the government have diplomatic passport even LG Chairman....
