I sent a mail and got this response regarding my application-

They aren't, I know there were two sets in August, not too sure of July.

go to your school and get an attestation letter. that's what my colleagues used and it was accepted. the letter should be addressed to "human capital resources".

Please concerning your friend that used attestation letter,has he been given an offer? Because one of my contact person keeps insisting I still get the original.

not yet. she is awaiting offer and she wasn't been asked for the originals since then.
