The same thought I had, I have the feeling this guy could have done more than duping to my sister. But God knows why I have to pay with my money. But it will be good that we all work together in order for us to stop this guy from running someone else down.

Good you have the details you just posted.It is a pity that such guy would end up destroying his life and they can get him cus I can see that his face is well known since you have met him in person and can easily recognize him.They can even get his face on CCTV of the bank of that date in question that he entered the bank.

Well the problem is, we dont know if he actually went inside that bank at all, it was a thing of trust, so my friend and I was just paying okadas while we ask him to rush through the rail tracks and express way, that we are coming.

Pls im not from lagos but we took the bike from the road safety office close to that mile 2 to one near by First Bank, still cant tell exactly the name of this place but my friend and I can tell from a picture.

This was my first move the following morning, I contacted his facebook friends....but non reply me, being that I still have to fight on to get that what brought me back to Nigeria.

Op, from the FB page where you lifted these pixs, can you confirm that the guy in question you met face to face is the same person you posted his pixs?

If yes, then you can have him arrested because from the people he is with and his family pixs, it will be easier to have him arrested.

Also, the same bank that he took you to that day, they can check their CCTV in order to have evidence of him.

Also, were you able to snap him with your phone camera the day you met him?

You have ask a good question and my answer is yes, we both can testify to it, he is the guy that collected my 53k.....most painfully the 3k being that I'm a warri boy. It's just few people that know about this story, my mom believed my friend and I stay in that guy house the whole time we were in Lagos, I didnt tell her the truth if not there will be a big problem between my sister and mom and she is not that fine.

To your other question, I didnt even give it a thought talkless of snapping him. I felt I knew him already cos we will be staying at his place and dont forget he have a store already for my big sist like I said before, how do u expect me or ourself doubting that kind of person. I think my mistake was I didnt question my sist where she knew this person from but honestly speaking she is the kind of senior sist I cant ask that question.

My other post must have explain the bank we all took okada to.

Pls i dont want to say any bad thing about this guy because i have not heard from his own side of the story , his village name is UCHENNA OFFOR, his village is UMUAHIA IBEKU in ABIA STATE, his wife died in 2012 and they have 2 daughters , he is a lawyer and lives in lagos, why dont you contact his direct elder sister RUTH OFFOR on facebook and explain this your story to her with proof of payment because she is a nurse at LUTH and she cant run away from you .

What is hard there to believe which evidence do u need more, I put out his cell no., his gtb acct name and no. Where the money was tranfersm to and also the statement of acct which shows the money was transfer to the said person so what else do u want to know? Or what is there not to believe. The guy is a theif and he should be very thankful that when I was on my way to Lagos I didnt get the alert he was a scam, he could have end up with him very bad.

Don't fall for his cheap blackmail, you have more evidence, he is a lawyer and he knows the consequences.

Guy, nairaland is not police, this kind of story shouldn't make front page, until it becomes official, the appropriate authority need to be involve, and investigate.
