According to Heartibaby, he belongs to a cult, he has been reported to the school authority and the police yet nothing was done. If he way out is the internet. What will happen to you? What if you were expelled? What if you were victimised till you leave the school? And if it happens that you get lucky and he was arrested. You would need weighty evidences to get him convicted.

It is too long a process and that is enough to discourage anyone.
